William です！ There were some discussion about the class activity during the holidays yesterday. Nixon said that right now, all weekends are booked, but the weekdays are not. However, if we don't act fast, all the rooms would be taken, even during the weekdays. Firstly, i would like to repeat myself. THIS CLASS CHALET INCLUDES A BARBEQUE PARTY. THOSE WHO WANT TO STAY OVER CAN STAY OVER, BUT THOSE WHO CANNOT DO NOT HAVE TO. As for where the males and the females are sleeping, this will be handled by some of us, and we will definitely make sure that no boy and girl sleeps in the same room. Also, we will definitely ensure that no hanky panky in the chalet is allowed. In the first place, i'm sure all niners are sensible enough not to do such things right? (As for N____, i don't know about him, but at least the boys are there to control him.) Right, that's all for the chalet. Now for the BBQ... For the BBQ, our expenditure would be lesser than the class chalet, and we don't need to rush here and there to book a BBQ pit, unlike the chalet, whereby we have to book a room ASAP. Previously, someone claimed that book BBQ pit in whatever coast park will cost $200. I've checked, and that's untrue. The rates are $20 for one day、and this applies to most beaches around Singapore(pasir ris, east coast..). However, once we buy all the makan(food) for the BBQ, it will cost over $100, and probably over $150. Also, there will be no shelter. We will be under the sun for the WHOLE ENTIRE DAY. If things go awry during that day and it rains, then the money would be wasted. We will have to hold the BBQ on the next day. Actually, i can think of very little things to do at the coasts. Maybe we could play in the water or observe the longshore drift for the whole day? Who knows? One more thing. Please, niners, please co-operate with those who are willing to put in effort and volunteer to help in organizing these activities. Express whatever opinions you want and voice out your needs. Participate in whatever votings they ask, as they need to make decisions that benefits everyone. I hope that i can see something after i come back from taiwan. Anyways, that's all for the class stuff. Me and xiuyi will be going(keep whatever wild thoughts to yourself) to taiwan together, and we might buy something for everyone.
